Players Giving Back
Braylon Edward's, a New York Jets receiver, has been very useful to the Michigan Wolverines scholarship fund. Edward's is reportedly giving Michigan $500,000 over 5 years to benefit the football and athletic community.
He has made a special request that only a prestigious receiver is able to wear his fabled NO.1 jersey. A cornerback tried to don this jersey but once Edward's heard of it, he quickly said no. This just shows how College football is becoming even more like a business and less of a true "collegiate" sport.
